This site includes information on the SMC planetarium and free and almost free concerts, plays, dance recitals, art exhibits, and lectures at SMC. (For instance, they sometimes have free concerts on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 11:15. These are about half an hour long -- a great way to give kids a taste of the concert experience without breaking the bank or pushing their powers of concentration too hard.)
