Rainy Day Schedule

Okay, we don't exactly have one. But as an apartment-dwelling mother of an only child, I'll probably want to do something even if the weather is bad. On any rainy day, I might post something on the email loop about heading over to the Main Library (6th Street & Santa Monica Blvd -- enter the parking lot on 7th Street), where at least our children can exercise their brains (either with the books or at the computer stations); or, if anyone's feeling flush, maybe we could go to Bright Child (1415 4th Street, between Santa Monica Blvd. and Broadway; (310) 393-4844; free parking in lot just across the street). If you have any suggestions for other ways to while away wet hours, please post them!
